Service Description
Studio F22 is a creative wellness space designed for movement, mindfulness, and artistic expression, featuring soft lighting, minimalist sensual decor, and a calming atmosphere perfect for yoga sessions, content creation, pole training, or intimate photo shoots. The space includes two professional poles (chrome + silicone), large mirrors, an open floor ideal for yoga, dance, and flow-based movement, and a boudoir room. Whether you're a teacher, performer, photographer, or creative spirit, Studio F22 offers the privacy and ambiance to bring your vision to life. Available by appointment. Hourly rental.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking: All services should be booked in advance online. Walk-ins are not allowed. 2. Client Responsibility Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests, clients, and crew. The studio must be left clean and in the same condition it was found. Studio F22 is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or equipment, or any bodily injury. Renters are fully responsible for any damage to the studio space, furnishings, or equipment that occurs during their rental period, regardless of whether they or their guests are responsible for the damage. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly. 3. Studio Use Guidelines No outdoor shoes on main studio floors, backdrops, or furniture No smoking or open flames No glitter, confetti, or other difficult-to-clean materials without prior approval Music must be kept at a respectful volume Only approved clients/guests are allowed during your rental period 4. Payment & Cancellation Policy To reserve your session, a valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged upfront, but it will be securely stored on file. Cancellation fees are as follows: More than 48 hours’ notice – No charge Less than 48 hours’ notice – 50% of session fee Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show – 100% of session fee By booking a session, you agree to these terms. 5. Late Arrivals: Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals will not extend your rental period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and charged a cancellation fee. Please plan accordingly for setup and breakdown. Unauthorized overtime will be billed at 1.5x the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments. 6. Health & Safety: By booking, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating and release Studio F22 from any liability for injuries that may occur. If you're pregnant or have any medical concerns, please notify your photographer before class. For safety reasons, the use of poles or props is strictly prohibited while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Studio F22 reserves the right to end any session immediately if a client or their guest appears intoxicated, behaves disrespectfully, or is otherwise unfit to proceed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
